These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PointFarm app and website (together, the "Service"), operated by Point Farm Rewards ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the Service.
1. About the Service
PointFarm helps Australian drivers and rewards collectors make smarter everyday decisions — by bringing together loyalty program guidance, curated offers, and live fuel prices in one place. The Service is currently in beta, which means features may change, break, or be added as we build.
2. Eligibility and your account
To use PointFarm you must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding agreement under Australian law. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Please give us accurate information when you sign up, and keep it up to date.
3. Fuel prices and rewards information
Fuel prices shown in PointFarm are sourced from official Australian government data feeds and other third-party sources. Prices change frequently and can be delayed or occasionally inaccurate — always confirm the price on the board at the station before you buy.
Loyalty programs, points earn rates, promotions and redemption values are set by the relevant program operators (for example Velocity, Qantas, Flybuys and Everyday Rewards), not by us. Any earn rates, "points per litre" figures or stacking examples in the app or our guides are illustrative only and can change at any time. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of those programs unless we clearly say so.
4. Offers and affiliate links
Some offers in PointFarm are affiliate offers. If you click through and make a purchase, we may earn a commission — at no extra cost to you. This never changes the price you pay, and we don't rank affiliate offers above others because of it. For the full picture, see our Affiliate Disclosure.
5. Acceptable use
When using PointFarm, you agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms
- Scrape, copy, resell or redistribute our data or content without permission
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure
- Misuse affiliate links or offers, including fraudulent transactions
6. Intellectual property
The PointFarm name, logo, design, and original content are owned by Point Farm Rewards. You may use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use. All third-party brand names and logos shown in the app remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
7. Third-party services and links
PointFarm relies on and links to third-party services (for example map providers, data feeds, and affiliate partners). We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or terms. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we don't guarantee that the information in PointFarm — including fuel prices, offers, and points guidance — is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your circumstances. Nothing in PointFarm is financial, tax, or purchasing advice; decisions you make based on the Service are your own.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where we are permitted to limit our liability, we do so as set out below.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Point Farm Rewards is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service, including losses connected to fuel prices, missed offers, or points that did or didn't accrue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us to use the Service (if any).
11. Changes to the Service and these Terms
Because PointFarm is actively being built, we may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; when we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use PointFarm after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
